Hall of Fame Los Angeles Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully passed away at the age of 94. The Dodgers long time Hall of Fame broadcaster Vin Scully waves to the crowd as was honored during pre-game ceremonies for his six-decades of service to the Dodgers with a commemorative bronze plaque at the peristyle entrance to the coliseum. Scully called games at the coliseum from 1958-1961 and his 59 years of service is a Major League Record. The Dodgers celebrating there 50th season in Los Angeles played an exhibition game against the Boston Redsox’s March 29. 2008 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
